1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "takago", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at takago.bid.
• "Platform" refers to the website takago.bid and all associated services, games, betting markets, account features, and payment interfaces operated by takago.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any service available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon completing the takago registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, net of any applicable pending withdrawal holds.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by takago subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before conversion to Real Money Balance or withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of eligible bets that must be placed before a Bonus Balance may be converted to Real Money Balance.
• "Restricted Activity" refers to any conduct prohibited under Section 10 (Fair Play Policy) of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet on takago.bid, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and takago with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, communications, and understandings — whether oral or written — relating to that subject matter.

3 Eligibility

Access to, and use of, the takago Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. takago operates as a strictly 18+ platform without exception. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age at any point will have their Account suspended immediately, all wagers placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned less any applicable processing fees.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of takago, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services — whether through a self-exclusion request submitted directly to takago or through any national self-exclusion programme applicable to you.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and must not be under any legal restriction that prevents you from doing so.

takago reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending completion of verification.

4 Account Registration

To access Real Money gaming on the Platform, you must register an Account. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

• Registration is free of charge. takago does not charge any fee to create an Account.
• Your chosen username must not impersonate any real person, business, or entity.
• Account registration constitutes your confirmation that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• takago reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. takago will not ask you for your password by email, telephone, or any channel other than the Platform login screen itself. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

You agree to notify takago immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any other security breach by contacting [email protected]. takago will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

6 Deposits

takago accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. takago does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically reflect in your Real Money Balance in real time following successful transfer confirmation.
• Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are subject to processing by the relevant card network and may take up to 15 minutes to reflect depending on your card issuer.
• takago does not charge a deposit fee on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside takago's control.
• takago reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at the account level as part of its responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account. Contact [email protected] promptly if you believe an incorrect amount has been deposited.

All deposits are subject to takago's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures. takago may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit transactions in accordance with its AML obligations.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of Real Money Balance is available to all verified Players. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests made on the Platform:

• Identity Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal is processed. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — such as your National Identity Card or passport — and proof of your registered payment method. This is a one-time process.
• Withdrawal to Registered Method: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. takago does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may vary by issuing bank and can take up to 5 working days.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Pending Bonus Balances: Bonus Balance funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in withdrawal calculations until requirements are met.

takago reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request for the purpose of completing identity verification, AML checks, or fraud investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold by the support team via the registered email address on their Account.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

takago may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. takago reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Balances that expire before Wagering Requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• takago reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotional offer is cancelled after a Player has begun meeting Wagering Requirements, a proportional adjustment may be applied at takago's discretion.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

Each game category available on takago — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games — is governed by the specific rules applicable to that game or market type. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All bets and wagers placed are final once confirmed on the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the specific game rules expressly permit it.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error during the settlement of a bet or game round, takago reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Real Money Balance and are available for further wagering or withdrawal in accordance with Section 7.
• For sports betting markets, takago uses verified data feeds to settle outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a settled result, the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BPL governing committee) will be treated as definitive.
• takago reserves the right to limit maximum stake sizes, maximum payout amounts, or access to specific markets on a per-account basis in cases of suspected abuse or unusual betting patterns.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time, and bets placed after the in-play market has been suspended will be voided.

10 Fair Play Policy

takago is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all Players. The following activities are classified as Restricted Activities and are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with any game on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported immediately and may be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in live casino environments.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, reversal of legitimate deposits, or any attempt to withdraw funds that were obtained through fraudulent payment activity.

Where takago has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in any Restricted Activity, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the Player's Account, freeze withdrawals, void any associated winnings, and permanently close the Account. Evidence of Restricted Activities may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

takago believes that gaming should always remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we are committed to providing the tools and information necessary to help Players stay in control of their experience.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session duration alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cool-Off Period: You may request a temporary account suspension for a defined period — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — during which you will not be able to access your Account or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may do so by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without takago's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, takago's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

takago shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, internet outages, or events beyond takago's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Incorrect or delayed settlement of bets or game rounds caused by data feed errors from third-party providers, provided that takago takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.

14 Amendments to Terms

takago reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, takago will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.

Amended Terms will take effect from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].
